Our stay at the resort was worth every penny. The room was spacious, had a kitchenette, and offered stunning ocean views. The location was ideal, with a free shuttle to downtown. The staff, especially Dario and Adrian at the Cordliere restaurant, provided exceptional service and made our breakfast experience delightful every day.

My stay at Pueblo Bonito was amazing! The grounds were immaculate, and the service was top-notch. The staff was warm, friendly, and very attentive. We had an absolutely incredible time at Emerald Bay. The resort was stunning and the surroundings were breathtaking. The service, however, was the standout feature of our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our every need was taken care of.

The location of the hotel is great, with a city tour and dinner option nearby. The staff at the main restaurant provides exceptional service and warm greetings every morning. The suite rooms on the bottom floor have a patio and are located within walking distance of various facilities such as the main pool and the adult pool.

The selection of beers and sodas for room service is limited and incurs a $4 fee each time.

Outstanding and wonderful breakfast served in the bar. The location was stunning, in the many activities they offer or indulge at the spa, with a perfect view.
